Review on Pirelli Cinturato P7 new 205/55 R16 94V summer by Petar Xaralampiev ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

In overall, I came to the conclusion that choosing this model wasn't in vain based on my operating experience (the second season is under way, with 21.5 thousand miles). The tires successfully overwintered on the pavement and endured multiple unsuccessful attempts to land in the pits without developing hernias or wrinkles.

Pros
  • - Relatively quiet - Altitude hydroplaning resistance (helpful here are wide tread grooves) - A civilian car's handling is good, with confident braking and cornering (Volvo S40).
Cons
  • - At the time of purchase (May 21), it was one of the priciest non-runflat tires in this size category. Stones tend to get into deep grooves, and after priming you frequently leave and listen to the clack-clack-clack until they fly out.
