I've wanted a meat grinder attachment for my kitchen help for a long time but they only had the plastic attachment and I didn't find it strong enough. When I saw this meat grinder I was amazed, it's made of metal and comes with tubes for stuffing sausages! It is easy to put on and stays in place very well. I was able to easily grind the roast into burgers. I also made chicken sausage for breakfast. I went with the smallest plate to really test how well it works. I use partially frozen chicken breasts, cut them into chunks, add the spices, onions and some melted butter, mix a little, then shred it all together. It also turned out to be a great sausage! I was a bit worried about the cleaning but I followed the instructions here and it was so quick and easy! The brush included in the kit does a great job of quick cleaning. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to make their own ground beef. Sausage is much cheaper to make than to buy. The only problem I had was that I'm short and it was a bit difficult for me to see the top of the meat grinder where the meat is served, but I managed without a stool or chair. (Ignore the sink full of dishes, we had trouble installing that day 🤨).
