I found it very easy to use, thankful it had a decent angle to hold it for my 10ft shifters so I didn't have to climb stairs too quickly between jobs. It would be nice if there was something to adjust the rotation of the head to fix it. A few times it annoyed me that he moved away from the position I needed. I didn't like that the handle fell off, hit the ground and broke...Now I can't hang it up! But overall I would buy it again for the price
