My review is less about the product and more about the customer service. Based on the sizing I ordered a medium sized pair of sleeves. That same day I decided I had never had a medium size and ordered a large to make sure I was the right size. I booked enough time to retrieve them before heading out on a five week trip where they were supposed to be needed. They arrived on Saturday and as I expected the average size was too small. No problem so I ordered the larger ones as well, knowing I could return a pair that didn't fit. So now the problem. The large pair included a medium sleeve and a large sleeve. The large size fitted well but now I only had one of these left. I couldn't do anything with Revane until Monday, and on Tuesday I went on a business trip. I tried calling Synergy to see if they could help but I had to leave a message. I called Revain and Synergy on Monday to see if they could get a second large shell overnight. In short, while the industry certainly offers next-day delivery, no company was willing to pay the cost of expedited shipping to get what I needed before I set out on a trip. I'm not sure which company made the packaging, but I felt like I gave them both a chance to get it right. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but in this case, the fault wasn't mine, and none of these companies felt it was worth the cost to keep the customer as happy as possible, even when the fault was clearly theirs. Needless to say I'm disappointed and don't have the necessary gear before heading out. All the more reason to shop at local stores.
