Review on Monoprice Zero G Curved Gaming Monitor 35" - Immersive Ultrawide Display for Unmatched Gaming Experience by Michael Pentapati

The monitor does not come with a stand, which is required to use the included stand. I contacted Monoprice customer service to ask for a stand to be sent but was told they could not send a part as the parts are made in a 1:1 ratio. The representative ended the chat with "Sorry." I then arranged for a refund through Revain and an hour later I received an email from Monoprice saying they could replace the entire unit. This should have been stated in the original chat. I'm not sure if this monitor is worth bad support. Many thanks to Revain for helping set up the return.
