If you have mid-body fullness, order one size up
I love these shorts, only the waist belt could be a bit wider so it doesn't nip your waist and twist more than you already have have done . to have. My advice: if you carry your weight on your stomach, order a size up just to make sure you have room. I'm a size 12.182 and usually wear a large size XL if needed. I ordered a large but the waist just pushed into my stomach so I ordered an XL. This size fits much better. These shorts are very light and very comfortable. I will definitely buy more.
