I like how easy it was to get started with, no training required! The most important issue for me at this time as we are still working out all of our processes in order make sure that every aspect makes sense before going live - there's quite an amount left though which needs work still! We can see everything right now just what customers were sold etc so things should be very clear from start to end (and quick!).
Also being able to look back up older data which has been lost or not saved easily elsewhere helps keep it manageable. I like that it has everything you need to keep track of all your clients, vendors etc in one place! The interface could be improved as well but overall this program works great!! It's easy enough anyone can use with little training required (if any). There are many different modules available which allows us flexibility when needed most by our office staff members who work from various locations around town or even out side state lines if necessary at times too.
