Sorry Rumba. I have to give this review. These brushes are not of very good quality. I wish I could say something better, but I just can't. We've had our Rumba S9 for about four months and have gone through two sets of brushing exclusively on hardwood floors. Simple things like long hair and small pieces of tortilla will literally ruin roller brushes. I ordered replacement brushes after the second pair broke and when I put the new ones in they sounded awful like a screw got stuck in the rollers but that was only because the dark green brush was deformed. I can't use these brushes in my rumba so I will be returning them. Unfortunately I have to buy more brushes. But I can't imagine paying that amount every few months because the quality of your brushes is so poor they break so easily. I tried to leave a review on your site but it was removed. I hope you read this review and make some much needed and important changes as everyone seems to be very unhappy with these roller brushes.
