Great addition to my 06 330i. Simple packaging and very easy installation, took about 15-20 minutes. In terms of performance, there's a significant power increase and an increase in MPG (along with a cold air intake), but not at the same time. If you cut the throttle you won't see an increase in mpg. In 4 hours of driving at an average speed of 70 mph I saw an increase of 27 mpg when I was about 22 mpg before.
