I like that they are very easy to use, simple interface with no need for complicated features or confusing options.

They also provide excellent customer support! There is not much about this product that I dislike - it seems great! We used them as an internal tool at work in order to gather feedback from our employees regarding their experiences working here. It was helpful because we could get input without having to go through email or meetings. This helped us improve our workplace culture even more than just providing good training would have done alone.
