Before I bought my first Axial fan, I bought over half a dozen USB-powered 2-watt fans from multiple brands. USB powered fans seemed like a good deal. I've used them 24/7 to circulate air in humid rooms and to cool overheated electrical equipment. Only two of them worked for a year before they stopped working again and I have to check these two out regularly. Axial 120V 8-9W fans are a better deal as they are quiet and reliable. Update: I now have 5 AC Infinity AXIAL LS1238 fans running. 2 of these on the power switches for my kennel and office, 2 on continuous air recirculation in wet areas, and 1 as a reserve for the next occasion.
