Still working. I have a carpet that has constantly "walked" on a wooden floor. I could easily move it just by pushing with my foot. I placed this tape around the entire perimeter of this rug (5ft x 5ft) hoping for the best but not expecting miracles. I took my time and made sure I'd kicked down the edges of the rug (where the tape was attached) a few times after it was in place to somehow secure it to the floor. I have never tried/tested adhesion. I just left it untouched after stepping on it a few times. We are on the fourth day and not an iota has moved. It sits on a wooden table in front of my pullout couch, which is constantly used by two rowdy boys. So far, so good.
