The product is easy to apply. It was easy to remove. What he didn't do was work for over an hour. I followed the installation instructions. I run water through the filter for 10 minutes. I filled a 2 gallon pitcher with water to keep in the fridge. Still worked great! I washed dishes with a regular blender. I had to fill the ice tray after washing dishes. The filter block no longer works. Side pull doesn't work. This means that no more water gets through the filter. I will be returning this for a replacement to give Calligan another try. Update 01/15/2020 Received a replacement. It stopped working literally 30 minutes after installation. Washed the filter in 10 minutes, did a great job. Worked great when I filled the ice tray. Ten minutes later I got a glass of water and the supply failed again. Most of the water comes out of the tap and about 1/4 goes through the filter. Unbelievable.
