Works best in chemical analysis instruments

I tested my tap water and the TDS from the tap is about 20ppm. After adding a quarter teaspoon of powdered calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, and sea salt to tap water, the TDS increased to 650 ppm. So it seems pretty accurate! It also reports temperature and EC which is a nice bonus. For the price unbeatable.
