They cannot be laid out evenly, but in general they are not bad

They look nice in photos and make a good background, but again, it was impossible to unwrap them and put them on a flat surface. with zero success. I've also placed flat objects with weights on them for several weeks and they still retain the "memory" of being folded. The seller has to roll them much looser than for shipping. Plus, they're cheap and work well.

Pros

Note. Pack on a roll for ease of transport and to avoid wrinkles. And the edge is not waterproof. This makes the photo background paper washable but not washable.
