The pillow under the back is useless and not comfortable for me, but the child came in handy just to reach the back. I sincerely hope that it will last five years without any complaints, in half a year I will supplement the review. Based on the results of 9 months of use, I can say that I am completely satisfied, operation for 10-12 hours a day did not reveal any problems. For a wife with a height of 165 cm, the chair is not comfortable and large. Regular pillows for her height are also not comfortable to use.
