I like how easy it was to navigate through once we got started with the software; also that you could easily share templates throughout other departments as well as use them within your own department. There are some parts where there can be too much information at one time which makes it hard to find what you're looking for. For example, when searching for an employee's medical records, sometimes multiple pages will come up in search results so that they need to keep scrolling down but then if you click on another link, all those links appear again. This system has been helpful for our organization because it allows us to have access to patient data anywhere at anytime. Now whenever someone needs their EOB or file from last year, they don't just have to wait until Monday morning to get back to them. They are able to stay productive while continuing to help others by providing the best service possible! We've definitely seen better.
