Like this reviewer I think it doesn't really matter in this case with this lock. However, I usually don't want to receive anything other than what I ordered. As for the lock itself, I haven't used it yet, I'll update when I do. Update 11/25/14: Having used this lock dozens of times I am happy with it. It feels and looks very sturdy, which will put most people off fiddling with it. I use it in combination with the Trimax TDL1510 Trimaflex 15ft x 10mm double loop multipurpose cable and I am confident that my bikes (and the bike rack I attach to my car while driving) are safe from most thieves.
