I use it to lock two of my MTN bikes. I also use a hex chain. It's so over the top for where I live, it's funny, but I don't care, it's actually pretty funny. Just received in the mail today. I am very happy with the quality and weight of this Trimax! The chain I have fits perfectly and fits snugly on each side of the lock. So thanks to the strength of the chain and this U-lock, I feel comfortable knowing my scooter isn't being tampered with. Firstly the item I received is not the one pictured although it says it is a 'Max60' model. The dimensions are the same, so no big deal. Everything is black, not red. While this lock does the job I have seen several videos where this lock is not as described and I am sorry Having to say that are correct at least in terms of thickness as it has some sort of coating that should not be considered part of its thickness.
