This software is amazing! My favorite part of the program is how easy it is to use- no training is necessary, just a basic understanding of computers can help you learn how things work. I dislike that this program has been updated multiple times as it was so expensive before. If you're looking into buying this program keep in mind that it really does do what it says and it's not complicated at all. My company uses this software for all our reports. They have improved the reports and made them easier overall to understand for a manager. The cost isn't bad for the features included with a report, but make sure to add more than one to see real benefits. Using Aunalytics Cloud for payroll reporting. It makes creating reports very easy because they are already set up as per HR regulations (pay period length, pay frequency etc.) but don't hesitate to get more addons too. The best part is that it can be used for both B2B as well as B2C companies. It helps in tracking the customer's journey from first click till last interaction with our product or service. I have no major complains about this software but would like to add more features so that we could do some customizations. We are using this tool to track user experience of our website by looking at their behavior patterns.
