The ability to create customized reports is great especially when you have multiple people in your organization that need access to those same types of information from an online source.

It’s not always intuitive as far as how things are set up so having someone knowledgeable about this program can help with setup issues but overall I think it works well enough once they get their feet wet. We use our website primarily but we also do some offline events which helps us track attendance during these meetings too.
