The box that arrived was opened and then sealed with tape. When I opened the box I expected rows of staples, perhaps with a few tears, all professionally wrapped. What I found in the box were pieces that were banged together and poured out. I loaded a few pieces into the stapler and they seem to be working and feeding well but to be honest I was expecting to receive a brand new unopened product.
