Staples themselves appear to be good but the packaging is terrible, the box was opened in the mailer box of the pack (or whatever they were called) of the staples which all were broken I will not buy these again.

Based on the reviews I have read I was concerned about the packaging but mine came very neatly wrapped in plastic wrap, the box also had bubble wrap. All in all a great price and I am very satisfied so far.

Staples were delivered before the estimated date which was great but they came that way. The staples work as expected but the packaging is really poor hence I only gave 3 stars as most staples have smaller parts and are more likely to jam the stapler.

The box that arrived was opened and then sealed with tape. When I opened the box I expected rows of staples, perhaps with a few tears, all professionally wrapped. What I found in the box were pieces that were banged together and poured out. I loaded a few pieces into the stapler and they seem to be working and feeding well but to be honest I was expecting to receive a brand new unopened product.

They arrived in a bubble envelope that just didn't offer enough protection for the weight of the box that contains them. The box was damaged, it was badly taped before shipping as the bubble wrap envelope had not been cleaned. About 500 of the 5,000 staples were missing, which must have happened before they were placed in the envelope. Many of the remaining clips were broken in half or even into smaller pieces. The brackets themselves are fine. I wrote to the seller but received no reply…
