They arrived in a bubble envelope that just didn't offer enough protection for the weight of the box that contains them. The box was damaged, it was badly taped before shipping as the bubble wrap envelope had not been cleaned. About 500 of the 5,000 staples were missing, which must have happened before they were placed in the envelope. Many of the remaining clips were broken in half or even into smaller pieces. The brackets themselves are fine. I wrote to the seller but received no reply. Considering the price and my need for colors, I use them and I will be happy. But if I were still on the construction site and had deadlines, I would never put up with it. A really bad example of internet services.
