I installed shock absorbers in the first week of February and for some reason this has never happened to me. The seals on both shocks have failed, there is fluid everywhere and now I'm safely outside the return window, so am I stuck with the shocks at this point? I would not recommend them. They are fitted to a 1971 Chevelle in excellent condition, at first they seemed very good, then I noticed the difference, put the car on a lift and saw fluid on all the springs. I've been involved with cars for over 30 years. For years I have seen old shock absorber seals blow out, I have never had a new shock absorber. I've used KYB before and never had a problem?
