DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. STAY AWAY. BUY SOMETHING ELSE IF YOU NEED THE SCANNER.
Do not buy this item. Read other one star reviews and you will see a pattern. The scanner stops working after 60-90 days, which is too late to return to Revain. Customer service at Neat is terrible. You will receive useless canned responses by email. You can only speak to a live person between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET. (You can get an extra two-hour window if you're willing to throw good money after bad money and buy their top-notch Neat Care service.)
