Review on πŸ”§ Universal TPMS Activation and Reset Tool: ATEQ VT30 for Sensor Decoding, Domestic & European TPMS Resets, Manual & Auto Relearns by Tony Flugence

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I received less than 24 hours after ordering and the ATEQ VT31 worked as described = happy customer :).

I have to admit I was spooked by the poor reviews of the ATEQ VT30 and VT31, but I'm sick of paying tire shops and/or dealers over $120 for TPMS sensor activation or repair of TPMS-related problems. I placed my order last night between 8pm and 9pm PST on 4th June 2018 and received my ATEQ VT31 just before 1pm PST on 5th June 2018. The light came on after new heavy-duty summer wheels and tires were fitted. I bought a set of summer wheels with the new OEM Subaru TPMS sensors, but the OEM Subaru TPMS sensors were not "started/active" so my speed dial couldn't read them. The ATEQ VT31 woke up the sensors and then gave me the sensor IDs which I uploaded to my machine using the ATEQ Quickset tool. If you're buying new OEM or aftermarket TPMS sensors, most vendors can't "wake up" TPMS sensors, which the ATEQ VT31 did for me in a matter of seconds. A tire shop fitting new tires and rims charged $300 for TPMS and activation. I almost lost my mind telling them to pack the sand. Thanks to Google and Revain, I found the ATEQ VT31 and didn't have to pay $300 to the tire shop or $120 to the dealer to activate it. then it was 100% success for my application. It literally worked great for me the first time I used it on every wheel and sensor. :)
