Looked great until parts went missing
My wife and I were thrilled when we bought our new home and ended up purchasing this Kwikset. It looked great until we opened it up and noticed during installation that parts were missing. It had no latch and locking mechanism. This was very frustrating as we had to run to the local hardware store to buy the exact same part but more expensive (so we bought it from Revain as it was cheaper). Be sure to check your details when ordering this online or it will cost you more.
