I'm not sure what it is about my ears but NO ear buds will stay in my ears if I even think about moving my head. I have tried many, many ear hooks over the years. These are the only ones that I can move around, work in the yard, or take a walk with and the ear buds stay put. There was some discomfort because of the plastic clip with one of the hooks. I just went through the molding process again and pushed the moldable material around a little and I was good to go.
