It was very difficult to use and very difficult to clean. Every time I used it I thought the handle would break. I had to leave it overnight to get all the clogged cheese out. The last time I used it about 3 weeks ago I just threw it in the trash. I kept giving it "chances" to see if it would be better next time, but I ended up just getting really frustrated. I bought it based on the good reviews and just came back to read it and can't help but wonder if I'm in bad shape because when I've used mine I've always been disappointed.
