Review changed in September 2019 to receive a refund from the seller. follow email(s); received an RMA and UPS return a few weeks later = NOTICE that the seller paid for the return shipping and REFUNDED the full purchase price which is all the company can do if a product is faulty. Consequently; Honestly, UGREEN has FOUR stars (4 stars) for responding to customers and at least TRYING to resolve the issue; even if the product is still defective in the end. Would normally give 3 stars if not for the time/effort via email before seller issued refund which is the reason for the lengthy explanation of HOW the 2 star rating is obtained so potential buyers can make their own decision. FIRST CHECK: Reloading Windows 7 drivers three times didn't help. Finally noticed that the indicator light at the end of the device is off; Unit doa and requested a refund. I'm still waiting for a return from UPS; however, the RMA has not yet arrived THE DEVICE LOOKS GOOD; may be better with a computer running Windows 8 or higher.
