Review changed in September 2019 to receive a refund from the seller. follow email(s); received an RMA and UPS return a few weeks later = NOTICE that the seller paid for the return shipping and REFUNDED the full purchase price which is all the company can do if a product is faulty. Works great with Nintendo Switch

Purchased specifically for use with Nintendo Switch although it can be used for many other applications. So my review is mainly about this adapter in connection with switch. I was going to buy another UGREEN USB 3.0 Gigabit model but I saw that this is the latest version so I went with this one. So far, so good. Worked immediately with the Switch docked. Mac support for this product is terrible. I see other reviews that look like some people have been able to get it to work, but it's not plug and play at all. Here's the experience I had before I gave up, came back and just bought another one. I connected it to my Macbook Pro and expected it to work right away, but it doesn't. It does what IT should do and what a sane person would expect it to do.

Very happy with the purchase of the UGREEN USB 3.0 Gigabit Network Adapter. By computer standards, "3" years is a long time. So 3 x 3 meant how old my laptop was. I turned it down because it's a Windows 7 computer and you know the story. I've replaced it with a thin laptop (I'm not sorry.
