I've only used these blades on three projects. But I've used the same blade, cut a lot of wood and plywood with it, and as this is a budget item I was NOT careful with it. I'm constantly trying to clear shavings/dust and constantly moving across the kerf with slight transitions to avoid overheating. It's just carbon steel, it overheats and it loses its sharpness very quickly. So it's a bit of babysitting trying to keep the blade cool, but I've been tough and worked fast. After three long cutting sessions, a blade, while not looking like a fresh blade, is still good enough for future work. Considering the incredibly low price of these blades (less than a tenth the price of high quality blades) I'm seriously impressed! Definitely not for really heavy, heavy jobs. But for a quick chew on wood, it's awesome. Very happy!
