Item came with all parts but not assembled. I added a photo but I'm not sure if it got through. When you turn the hourglass over, you need to loosen the screws to avoid over-tightening and jamming. I added some nylon washers between the pieces to fix this problem. If I had no mechanical knowledge, the item would have been returned.
