The best thing about this system is its flexibility in terms of customization as well as reporting options (both for internal use as well as customer). It's been very easy so far with our team members who are new to it - we've only had one issue where someone was not able to access certain modules but after some troubleshooting from their side they were able to fix it quickly! We're currently using the system internally within my organization to track project costs and forecast future spending. This has allowed us to see what projects will be most expensive over time which helps us plan accordingly.
