It's a beast and a lemon

Don't buy this scanner. This scanner will eat your documents. The photos are proof of that. Don't buy it if you don't want your documents destroyed. And they have no technical support. and not responding and is limited in hours. — — Update now, wifi connection issues with replacement — — — Updated 6/16/2021, this is my 4th replacement now. Getting real support is extremely difficult. Even with a USB connection, this scanner just stops working after 1-2 months. This surrogate is like an ex who owes you money... and is trying to sue you. Don't buy this. ——
