I like that you can easily see what is needed in your area, where they are stored (if not already checked out), when due back etc - this helps me immensely! There isn't anything as such but there could be better options than sharemytoolbox if one needs something more customised eg adding new fields or changing existing ones? Currently we use these devices so its great because all personnel know exactly which items need replacing/checking before work begins again next day; no messing about finding things left behind by previous staffs either - just go straight into action.
