Review on 🔑 Dorman 924-867 Ignition Switch - Enhanced Compatibility for a Wide Range of Vehicle Models by Joseph Whiteman

I bought this product because my 2008 Ford Explorer interior light stayed on while driving. An internet search revealed that this is a fairly common problem with the car (and some other Ford products) and that the most common cause is ignition switch failure due to wear and tear from excessively heavy key chains. So I bought this Dorman product (had a lot of experience with other Dorman products beforehand). It was incredibly easy to install (took about 15 minutes), it replaced the original Ford switch and the interior light problem was gone! It's been about 3 months and it's working great! Updated 08/01/2021. It's been 2 years since I installed it and it still works great, the interior light doesn't come on intermittently.
