Review on π AirTechnik CF8249A Cabin Air Filter with Activated Carbon - Compatible with Honda CR-V 1997-2001, Insight 2000-2006 by Dave Wolf
NOT for 1999 Honda CRV.
A 1999 Honda CRV has slots at each end of the filter - see image. Either cut out the plastic slot or install the filter backwards (against the airflow). So I installed in reverse order to fit the existing slot. FYI: I'm calling the Honda dealer for the part, it's $26.
Pros
- Cabin Air Filter should be replaced at least every 12 months. Each filter comes with installation instructions for quick and easy replacement.
