I like that you have access from anywhere in Australia as well across different devices (mobile or desktop).
It's very easy for customers when they need support; especially if it involves something technical! The system isn't always 100% reliable so we've had some data loss over time which has been frustrating but overall no problems at this stage - only ongoing development of new features would be nice :) We are able track our customer service performance by date range etc., allowing us more effective management than previously possible without using spreadsheets/paperwork alone!! This allows quicker communication between dispatch staff who don’t normally work together closely enough before now-aided via email rather then having daily phone calls & paper updates required instead.- Easily view historical reports such as number call outs / faults resolved per day within each region compared against previous months';s figures too easily compare these values vs other.
