I like that we are able to monitor our machines remotely so easily which saves time for us as well! We also have easy access in case of any emergency or machine breakdowns at work site without having someone from service department there during working hours (which sometimes happens). There's nothing much about this software i dislike but it could be better if they would make more improvements such as adding new features etc because currently everything works fine just perfect!! Great improvement to Customer Service efficiency

I like that you have access from anywhere in Australia as well across different devices (mobile or desktop). It's very easy for customers when they need support; especially if it involves something technical! The system isn't always 100% reliable so we've had some data loss over time which has been frustrating but overall no problems at this stage - only ongoing development of new features would be nice :) We are able track our customer service performance by date range etc., allowing us more…

Very useful software with excellent customer support

I love how you are able to track your job history easily through this program! It's so helpful for my manager as well because he/she knows exactly what work needs done at each location which also helps me know where we need more staff or less depending upon current demand of our business line in question!! Sometimes it gets glitchy when changing jobs but other than that its great :) Great communication tool if needed between locations too (which i use often) Also easy access from any computer…
