lol. Maybe it's just people who accidentally received a bad batch - this happens with almost every product, resulting in inspectors receiving faulty batches. I was expecting at most - mediocre quality, something I could stomach. HOWEVER - I WAS AMAZED BY THE QUALITY PICTURES. I collect my favorite TV shows from TV - and WOW they are superior to Memorex, Sony and other top brands (can't remember now). Blank writable DVDs. I say ignore the complaints - if you get a bad batch just ask for it to be sent back. for exchange. You would do the same with any product. My rule is that after replacing the product, if the replacement sucks - THEN - ask for a refund. Give the product a chance first.
