TDK 16X DVD+R Bulk Pack of 100 Discs in Spindle for Enhanced SEO Review

Ever since Sony's recordable DVD stores stopped selling them in local stores, I've had to find a way to buy recordable discs. I copy my VHS tapes to disc and the Memorex 50pks that Sony replaced usually has 10 discs with burn errors or disc defects. I bought 2 spindles a few weeks apart. I bought the 2nd spindle when I was halfway through the 1st - everything looked fine. But then, about 60% of the way into the spindle, I started to find obviously defective discs - roughness on the transcoding side (like spilling glue on the rim of the spindle) that sometimes actually went into the transcoding zone - a problem when you plan to burn a lot of data to a hard drive and you need an area close to the outer edge of the hard drive. I bought these DVDs a few years ago and now about 2/3 of the total package. I use them to back up some important files as a supplement to my daily hard drive backups. I found them reliable, only a few of the 75 or so DVDs were defective and had burning errors. I went back to the backups several times and they were in good condition with no read errors.
