Bought 6 cameras system after 7 months, need replacement camera for not functional. Did not contact by phone instated through e-mail, It save a lot of time and frustration. Next day got answer by e-mail plus text messages from Abby, Tonton's service department . Very friendly and helpful. Received new camera and installed with network cable follow by user guide.It was so easy and simple in 5 min. Tonton service person was nice and quick response. This's perfect for the home security. Easy installed and good quality picture. Price is very reasonable.
