The most helpful part of ourrecords is that it allows us to track all aspects related to our clients' business transactions with them (such as invoices). It also helps keep records organized so we can quickly find what we are looking for at any given time. I wish there was an easier way to share documents between multiple users without having everyone have access to each other's files or folders. Sometimes when sharing information amongst employees within my department, some people may not be able to see certain things because they were sent via email instead of being uploaded into their folder. This has been resolved by uploading those items directly onto our shared drive which solves this problem!
