No non-stick coating at all

Prepared a dish with chicken, cabbage, carrots, onions, soy sauce, olive oil and spices. Half an hour to clean up. Do not use steel wool. My aluminum pans clean in 5 minutes with steel wool. Had to boil water and bleach in it and still having a hard time, I'm baking it in the oven right now trying to get the last one. Today I wanted to do the same. Maybe without soy sauce or in a different pot
