Used probably 45 times Paint/coating INSIDE corners peels to bare metal. There is currently about two square inches of bare metal. So buyers beware, it is not very durable. Nothing like the 100 year old blue and white enamelled steel utensils still in use today. A sad comment on retailers selling poor quality.

Prepared a dish with chicken, cabbage, carrots, onions, soy sauce, olive oil and spices. Half an hour to clean up. Do not use steel wool. My aluminum pans clean in 5 minutes with steel wool. Had to boil water and bleach in it and still having a hard time, I'm baking it in the oven right now trying to get the last one. Today I wanted to do the same. Bought for my Cuisinart fryer and it fits perfectly. I followed the directions and seasoned the pan which consists of rubbing with oil rather than olive oil. I made cherry crumbles, forgot to oil the pan and got frustrated because it took a lot of fat to clean. Wow. Everything went with a light cleaning. This has become my favorite pan in the fryer. Totally worth the investment.

I am very disappointed in this product. I bought this to replace the hard to clean metal pan that came with my toaster. I figured it would be easy to clean and wouldn't stain. Boy was I wrong. I've only used it a couple of times, and not only is it stained - I can't remove it, but I've noticed it's rusting under the edge! Apparently it doesn't get full coverage, although coverage isn't compromised in any way. Save yourself the hassle and find the best product.

Haven't used it yet but really like the look. When washing I found that the ceramic coating is very smooth so nothing sticks. The pan is made of thick steel and it is obvious that it will be very durable. I got it to fit in the Easter toaster I bought for my RV - the 11" x 9" pot size is perfect. I plan to use it when reheating things like chicken pieces, frozen french fries, and the like. It also seems great for baking things like lasagna, macaroni and cheese, etc.

This pan works great with the Breville BOV450XL Smart Mini Oven with Element IQ. I was looking for a pan that would fit most of the 11" x 11" fills the large interior of the cooking compartment. I have the bad baking tray that came with the Breville Toaster Oven. I decided to order the best casserole dish from amazon.com. After researching and reading many reviews I decided on this product. The pan is lightweight and easy to use. I baked a salmon fillet with olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Great fillets came out.
