Review on 🔌 Smart Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit - Wi-Fi Enabled, Wireless Timing Control compatible with Amazon Alexa by Cassie Turner

I thought I would buy a great remote control for my ceiling fan but instead I bought a headache. Installation was difficult. I couldn't install it on my hidden mount but luckily I had the parts to convert it to a short bottom bar and after that I was able to install it but it was very tight. The remote works fine, but with the wifi/Alexa I can't tell if it works or not as the connection instructions are for an older version of Samsung Smartthings. There are some pictures in the reviews, the app doesn't look like it anymore and the path to add this device doesn't exist anymore. I tried to talk to Revane about it but they just told me to ask the seller a question so there is nothing to do. I would return it but at least it works as a remote control so I'm keeping it I can find out where to use it. If you're hoping to connect to your Alexa or WiFi, do yourself a favor and buy them from a physical store as the customer support is more reliable.
