This kit features an adapter that has a 1/4" push connect on one end and a 3/8" female threaded on the other. This can be attached to the fitting on the back of a refrigerator or to a water line valve box stop. It is a great fitting to have and the first time I've seen one. It also has an in-line shutoff valve and a 3-way Tee. This is a great way to tie your refrigerator's water and ice to a RO system. You can cut the 1/4" tubing with a razor blade which is not included. The 20 feet of line that is included can be cut to size or extended with couplings and extra line purchase separately. I like to put the shutoff valve right at the back of the refrigerator as opposed to right after the Tee. Works great and is easy to install. 5 stars.
