Spent 5 hours installing this router last weekend. At least 90 minutes of that time was spent in a chat session with Belkin Support (let's just call it "the longest ever/ could you answer me a little quicker?/ how many people is she talking to at the same time that it takes 5 minutes to get a reply" chat session). The installation succeeded after I restarted the modem (I wish chat support had told me to do this at the beginning of the chat instead of walking me through all Factory reset without finding problems ).I installed at least 3 other routers for family members in LESS time than this setup. Apparently the factory settings were wrong so none of my devices could see the WiFi network. Reset cleared the setup error (after restarting all the devices involved many times.) In the end, I will never buy a Belkin product again.
